Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Each ScanStory plan is a one-time payment that runs for the period shown on its card. Nothing renews on its own and no card is charged again — when the term ends you simply choose a plan again if you want to carry on. Your existing ScanStories are kept either way.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay.
Can I change my plan later?
Upgrades take effect after confirmed payment. Downgrades are scheduled for the next plan-term boundary and do not delete existing projects.
What is a scan limit?
A scan limit is the number of successful AR views allowed under a plan. Each time a viewer scans a QR code and opens an AR experience, it can count toward the scan usage depending on the plan rules.
What is a photo-video pair?
A photo-video pair is one target image connected to one video. The image is used for AR detection, and the video appears as an overlay when the viewer scans the QR code and points the camera at that image.
Is ScanStory a free augmented reality QR code maker?
ScanStory offers a free trial plan that lets users create a QR-based AR experience, generate a scan code, and test WebAR without installing an app. Paid plans are available for higher project limits and scan usage.
